VTS Maritime Consulting Ltd is family-owned company started with business adventure in September 2021 and after certification in November 2022 officially engaged in human resources and employment. Our experience is based on the 15 years’ service on various types of tankers with multinational crew, and for the last six years serving as Chief Engineer.
Such experience in maritime industry has brought an idea for starting of our own business in such field.
VTS achieved the International Quality System Standards ISO 9001:2015 and it is fully compliant with MLC 2006 Regulation 1.4.

Our mission is to provide and retain all categories of maritime personnel who are responsibly committed to the benefit of our principals in a safe, efficient and environmentally friendly way.

VTS Maritime Services Ltd Belgrade Seafarer Manning Office in its overall functioning is actively and consistently dedicated to:

- development of quality assurance system based on requirements of positive legislative, firstly MLC2006 – regulation 1, 4 SRPS, STCW requirements, EU General Data Protective regulation 2016/679 and all other national and international conventions, laws and regulations, especially ones related to human labor and anti-trafficking and anti-slavery policies;
- constantly monitoring its working processes and correlations with external and internal factors;
- risk analysis, forecasting and implementing opportunities for business improvement;
